Cleveland, OH – April 21, 2020 – Rea & Associates, a business consulting and accounting firm with offices in Cleveland, OH, recently made an announcement regarding an important episode of its Unsuitable Podcast. Episode 148 of the podcast, entitled “Are You Getting the Most From Your Advisors?”, examines the client/advisor relationship.

Rea & Associates shared that the episode features special guests Marc Rosen and Judy Bodenhamer, founders of a Cleveland-based firm called The Client Experience Institute. Rea & Associates indicated that The Client Experience Institute helps professionals think differently about client-advisor relationships. Rea & Associates said that Rosen and Bodenhamer’s experience with the institute makes them uniquely qualified to share insights on the topic of advisory services. Rea & Associates pointed out that Rosen recently gave a TEDx talk on the topic, entitled “Relationship Capital: The True Currency of Abundance.”

According to Rea & Associates, business owners are also unsure of what separates good advisors from bad advisors. Rea & Associates stated that, in the episode, Rosen and Bodenhamer explore the following questions:

  • What is a “trusted advisor?”
  • How should business owners determine the quality and effectiveness of their current advisor relationships?
  • How can business owners leverage their existing network of advisors to move their advisory relationships beyond success to significance?

Rea & Associates said that the insights that Rosen and Bodenhamer provide are important to business owners who are struggling to make sense of the COVID-19 pandemic. According to Rea & Associates, a trusted advisor can help companies navigate periods of distress and uncertainty.
