After a diagnosis with bipolar disorder at age 30, Felipe began to harness the power of meditation and is now looking to share his experiences in a new book. Created with the spirit of writing and experiences from his own meditation, this latest work disseminates information about powerful techniques and joys with modern poetry. Engaging readers to their cores, Felipe also addresses contemporary struggles and challenges, such as those from racism, sexism, and nature, that plague the human mind.
A motivating and inspiring read, Felipe’s meditative principles are based on traditional and modern techniques from Buddhism.
