Thomas Industry Update Podcast Explores Methods for a Safer Industrial Workplace with Sam Bradbury and Mark Heidebrecht of Ergonomics International

Ergonomics International co-founders, Board Certified Exercise Physiologists, and Board-Certified Human Factors Professionals Sam Bradbury and Mark Heidebrecht were recent guests on Thomas Industry Update Podcast hosted by Tony Uphoff, President and CEO at Thomas Publishing Company. Listen to the podcast here

Bradbury and Heidebrecht discussed how industrial business leaders can more effectively engage teams to improve the critical, yet often overlooked, physical and cultural considerations of industrial workplace safety. The ergonomists also explore how industrial businesses can update their workspaces to address COVID-19-related safety considerations.

Ergonomics International has developed a cost-effective solution for companies to document their mitigation actions and impacts to protect the companies during COVID-19.  Significant class action lawsuits by employees, number in the thousands and more are expected.  The ability to defend actions taken requires documentation and reporting.  Courts are requiring that companies demonstrate that reasonable actions were taken and the EMS solutions provides that answer.

The biweekly Thomas Industry Update Podcast explores best practices and unique perspectives through insightful conversations with industry leaders. The podcast features a range of interviews to provide listeners with the actionable information they need to grow their careers, scale their businesses, and lead the future of industry.
