Traverse City, MI – Patrick Karpowski of Traverse City, Michigan, Executive Chef, of Culinary Concepts of Traverse City, Michigan, has earned the World Certified Executive Chef (WCEC) designation from the World Association of Cooks Societies (WACS) Paris, France.

Obtaining this designation from WACS, is one of the highest certifications offered next to World Certified Master Chef.

Chef Karpowski holds an Associates and Bachelors degree from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, France and also is a graduate of the The Culinary Institute of America, Napa Valley, CA and currently holds the following national certifications from The American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef, Certified Culinary Administrator and Certified Working Pastry Chef and is also seeking his Certified Master Chef designation in 2022. Chef Karpowski also holds several medals from the American Culinary Federation for hot food competitions.

In order to receive this designation, Chef Karpowski has demonstrated expert knowledge in the field of culinary arts. Chef Karpowski has an extensive Food and Beverage background in all facets of hospitality and is currently a restaurant consultant for Culinary Concepts, Traverse City, MI.
