About the owner:
The owner of Gem Jewelers Co. was born and raised in the beautiful city of Montreal Canada. Like most people, he loved jewelry and had a special passion for beautiful jewelry designs and coming up with creative jewelry ideas. His skills and knowledge came from his grandfather who was a famous jeweler in Canada, which all the people in the community would get their jewelry and diamonds from him. He spent many days and nights in his grandfather’s shop learning all about the business. As he grew older his passion grew with him and he started designing pieces on his own and he was selling them on various online platforms and through pop up shops. His goal was to one day own a jewelry store which he can call his baby. In 2010 he eventually moved to Los Angeles for business opportunities that came his way and opened his shop in the heart of the jewelry district in Downtown Los Angeles.
Having an office in The International Jewelry Center, helped him grow the business and develop relationships with so many essential people that were part of his trade. He found a niche and a void in the jewelry industry which was designing customized and personalized pieces for a fraction of the cost most jewelers would charge. It made him very happy to have clients that left with a jewelry piece they will always cherish and can pass on to their children.
