Regional Medical Group Partners with Carrie Steele-Pitts Home To Give Back This Christmas

Atlanta, GA – December 23, 2020 – Regional Medical Group announces its initiative, RMG Cares, to partner with Atlanta-based nonprofit Carrie Steele-Pitts Home to give back to kids in need throughout the Holiday season.

RMG Cares is spreading Christmas cheer throughout Carrie Steele-Pitts Home from their generous pledge to fund much-needed upgrades to the cottages on campus by donating TVs, gifts for all of the children, vacuums, sheets, towels, and other necessities.

“Our mission here at RMG Cares is to make sure that every kid, regardless of privilege, has a gift to open on Christmas morning. The staff over at Carrie Steele-Pitts Home have a motto: Give Youth a Chance. We couldn’t be more on board with that message. After having spent some personal time at the facility with their leadership team, it is evident that the folks at Carrie Steele-Pitts Home are working wonders with the kids of Atlanta, Georgia. From hot meals to warm beds and beyond. Their mission is to maintain a family environment that fosters the physical, educational, social-emotional, and spiritual development of at-risk youth. We couldn’t be happier to partner with them.” – Dr. Mark Schwaiger, Founder & Chairman of Regional Medical Group.

Carrie Steele-Pitts Home (CSPH) is a private, nonprofit and non-discriminatory child-caring agency that provides community-based child welfare services, including independent living, transitional living, out-of-school-time care, summer camp, work readiness, wellness programs and state-approved residency for vulnerable youth. The mission of Carrie Steele-Pitts Home is to maintain a family environment that fosters the physical, educational, social-emotional, and spiritual development of each child.
