CDL of AL, a Top CDL School in Summerdale, AL, Announces New DEPTHS Program, Offering Select Students Free Tuition and Mentorship

SUMMERDALE, AL – March 11, 2021 – CDL of AL, Alabama’s premier CDL (commercial driver’s license) school, has announced the launch of their new DEPTHS Program, which stands for: develop, educate, pursue, track, hire, and support. While partnering with a local church, Genesis Church of Gulf Shores, the school is offering one student per month CDL training at no cost under the DEPTHS Scholarship, plus guaranteed career placement upon graduation.

At a time when many are finding themselves unemployed due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the DEPTHS Program aims to have a positive impact on the community as a whole. Genesis Church of Gulf Shores and CDL of AL have partnered together to provide an exciting opportunity to applicants who may not be able to afford the cost of CDL training in order to earn their license and thrive in a new, stable career in the trucking industry.

Applicants for the DEPTHS Program will go through an interview process in order to be considered for the scholarship and have their CDL school tuition fully covered. The student selected each month will receive the full CDL training course and career placement, free of charge, plus continued mentorship and support upon graduation.

“Our goal is to train and mentor in multiple areas, focusing on the person as a whole,” states Chase Pate, Owner of CDL of AL. “We provide excellent CDL Class A skills training, but we also have goals to instill talents in the student, enabling them to become successful in business as well as personal life.”

Students selected to go through the DEPTHS Program will complete their CDL training prior to career placement. As the student progresses through the program and graduates, they will have a board of professional leaders available to offer mentoring and accountability while they enter the commercial driving world.
