The Chabris Group’s Senior Agent Richard Pratt has delivered a Top 10 most expensive home sale, as defined by Cincinnati’s Business Courier, for the months of January and February 2021. These back-to-back luxury sales put Pratt in the rarest of air in Cincinnati’s luxury real estate scene.

Pratt’s January sale of 6650 North Clippinger in Indian Hill for $1,693,000 was ranked by The Business Courier as the second most expensive sale in Cincinnati for January of 2021. His February sale of 8836 Bayside Court in Deerfield Township was ranked by The Business Courier as the sixth most expensive in February. In both transactions, Pratt served as the selling agent.
