Los Angeles, CA, USA – August 12, 2021 – Dream Clothing has proudly announced that it has successfully achieved its goal of raising $100,000 for mental health initiatives in 2021. The Los Angeles-based American clothing line raised more than $87,500 last year in 2020 and it had set a target of raising $100,000 in the year 2021 for Mental Health Awareness, which it has recently achieved. Moreover, Dream Clothing is a socially conscious and unisex fashion brand with a purpose, and it takes great pride in donating a sizeable portion from its proceeds to nonprofits battling mental health issues in the United States.

“We raised $38,500 in 2019 and more than $18,000 in 2018 but with pandemic and the number of mental health issues rising, we wanted to go big in 2021 and this is exactly we set our target to a hundred grand.” Said Sammy Sucu, the CEO and Founder of Dream Clothing, while talking about the previous goals achieved by the clothing company. “I want to congratulate and thank everyone, who supported us by purchasing our products and enabling us to support mental health nonprofits through our proceeds,” Sammy added. The Founder also said that the brand will continue to inspire its customers to share its dream and play their role in saving lives. According to the CEO, Dream Clothing is a Cali-style fashion brand with a purpose, and through its designs and initiatives, the brand is dedicated to serving those, who suffer from anxiety, depression, and other mental illnesses, and those affected by the disease of addiction. Almost 50% of all the adults in the United States will experience some form of mental illness in their lifetime and there are millions affected each year with debilitating anxiety disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, Addiction, Eating Disorders, and Depression. Even though mental illness is not contagious like COVID, but its ripple effects can easily spread through families and loved ones of those, who are currently suffering from any kind of mental illness.
