May 22, 2020 – Aiuto has launched, the first ride-share like app for Roadside Service, making the roadside service experience faster and more trustworthy. The app has an on-demand feature for requesting Emergency Roadside Assistance and Mobile Oil Change in less than 30 seconds.

Aiuto User App is a peer-to-peer service application that’s powered by both Artificial Intelligence and the Gig-Economy. Users have said that the app, like uber in that it sends your request out in seconds and assigns your job to the nearest trained service provider. Aiuto has a similar interface so users don’t have to relearn how to use the new app.

The framework of the app features live integration with Google Maps and AWS to show the progress of your assigned provider on the map in real-time. The service provider information including name, picture, and rating along with contact button that will assist users during their live request. Aiuto provides Oil Change, Towing, Tire Change, Jumpstart, Lock-out, Fuel Delivery, and Mobile Mechanic “one-touch” services. Messenger capabilities are active and allow encrypted chat and call. Upon the completion of the service request, Users are allowed to rate and tip their Aiuto Service Provider

Using Artificial Intelligence is a major milestone and technological break-through for Traditional Roadside. The old process dating back over 50 years required multiple phone calls to insurance agents or Motorclubs. Old wait times with traditional roadside were reported to be +2-3 hours. The worst reported by motorists is that they had no idea of who the traditional service provider really was. This was unacceptable for the Aiuto brand and gave way to this disrupter technology.

Aiuto currently operates in six major cities, including Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati, Miami, Denver, and New Jersey. The service has already completed +5,000 jobs via user app and provides more than 750 Service Providers supplemental income each day. Aiuto is taking on new requests from users who would like services available in their city.

“Aiuto, is dedicated to making roadside service as fast and trustworthy as possible,” said company founder Miles Heidorn. The app is committed to delivering wait times as low as 20 minutes so motorists can get back on the road, back to their day. “We are excited to watch this app really take off nation-wide. The market has proven ready for a new way to do roadside.”
