Behavioral Health and Wellness Thought Leader Joins BasePoint Board of Directors
BasePoint Health Management has announced today that Philip Hemphill, Ph.D., who is widely considered a thought leader in the behavioral health and addictive service industry, is joining the BasePoint board of directors. Dr. Phillip Hemphill has a proven track record in establishing, developing, and implementing best in class clinical programming for mental health and substance use disorder facilities.

Currently, Dr. Hemphill is an Assistant Clinical Lecturer at LSU Health Sciences, Department of Psychiatry. Dr. Hemphill has worked previously at Pine Grove Behavioral Health and Addiction Services in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and Lakeview Health Systems in Jacksonville, Florida.
