Dr. Chanita Foster Lives in Service of Others Through Her Non-Profit Organization Beyond The Game
It’s the season of giving yet again, Christmas time is here, and while most children yearn for their favorite toys, there are children in remote parts of the world that don’t even have access to clean potable water. The difference is drastic, which is why Dr. Chanita Foster has taken it upon herself to provide water to the people of Ghana. Along with her non-profit organization, Beyond The Game, they are looking to give the people of Ghana two freshwater wells. They are doing this in partnership with Emmanuel Kojo Jones-Mensah and the KJM Foundation, a partnership that was built through the power of social media and the understanding that TEAM really stands for Together Everyone Achieves More.
“This is my Purpose work. When you know your purpose, you live life on a different level,” says Dr. Chanita Foster. They will be holding a ceremony in Ghana on December 3 in the villages of Apiatekwa Community and Adufokrom Community. This marks yet another project that Dr. Foster and Beyond The Game have undertaken. As a Social Change Philanthropist, she focuses on marginalized and disenfranchised communities and creates projects to help them get by and improve their quality of life.
Dr. Chanita Foster is more famously known as Baby Oprah. She can be found anywhere where there is work to be done, especially when it involves female children in Africa. She is an entrepreneur, a best-selling author, motivational speaker, success coach, and moderator with experience as a Policy Advocate, Communications Specialist, and Social Sector Expert. Dr. Foster’s passion for people has taken her into different parts of the world. She’s been to the hard streets of Detroit as well as changing lives all around the world. The woman is a non-stop philanthropist who just wants to make the world a better place.
To this day, the organization continues to feed at least 1000 children each day. Dr. Chanita Foster has donated over half a million dollars of her personal money to fund the organization’s on-going projects. Beyond The Game is currently accepting donations from the kind hearts of the people on their official website.
Currently, their team is looking for more people who aim to build a legacy of love by sowing small seeds of change in our world. Beyond The Game has no staff or salary. They are a purely non-profit organization that seeks to help the world one project at a time. All the money that is donated goes directly to their projects that create positive changes in the lives of others.
Dr. Chanita Foster began establishing Beyond The Game when she found her purpose during a Mission trip in 2008. She firmly believes that she was put on this earth to be a server. She lives by the words of James 1:27 that state, “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted tainted by the world the appearance of excess.” She’s living her life in service of others, and she’s making a great positive impact on the world as we know it.
