Frank Hernandez captioned one of his Instagram images, “I’m not like them average 9–5 guys that you’re used to,” claiming to be unique from most working men.

Working from 9 to 5 may seem incredible to some people, but the individual living through that time understand the fundamental challenges and eventually detests those hours of the day. Many begin their careers as workers, but some desire a desk job. It depends on their work and their personal preferences when they are employed in either job. Independence is one of the critical distinctions between autonomy and dependence. Having complete control over one’s life and profession is what it means to be independent.

On the other hand, dependence is obeying someone else’s commands because they have been given instructions through laws and regulations. While independence and freedom might be positive, some people prefer dependence. However, Frank Hernandez is not like such people who depend on others – he likes to be his boss, wants to help people around, and loves to put a smile on their faces.

Hernandez began his career as a volunteer at a nonprofit organization to become a well-off businessman. However, Frank completed all of the necessary learning from the experts and through business courses because he feels that doing so will offer beginners a head start by allowing them to learn from the mistakes of the experts and avoid repeating them. Everyone likes to assume they are an expert in something, but in reality, very few individuals are truly knowledgeable in specific fields. This will reduce the time it takes to finish a huge number of jobs.
